Astro PFP Intumescent FR Pipe Wraps is an innovative product is specifically designed to maintain the fire resistance of fire-separating walls and floors when penetrated by plastic or metal pipes, conduits, or pipes with continuous combustible insulation.
Each pipe wrap consists of a graphite based reactive intumescent strip, which reacts to heat and closes the opening left by the softening plastic pipe or pipe insulation in a fire. The
pipe wrap is installed completely around the pipes or insulation and secured with the self adhesive tab. The annular space around the pipe wrap is sealed with Astro PFP FR EX Mortar
or Astro PFP FR Boards

It offers fire classifications up to 240 minutes, ensuring the highest level of safety.
- Intumescent Technology: Equipped with a reactive intumescent strip, the pipe wrap reacts to heat by expanding and closing the opening left by the softening of plastic pipes during a fire. This effectively prevents the spread of flames and smoke, maintaining the integrity of fire-separating walls and floors.
- Versatile Application: Suitable for use in drywalls, masonry or concrete walls and concrete floors, the Astro PFP FR Pipe Wrap is designed to be installed completely around the pipes. It ensures a secure and effective seal, providing continuous protection.
- Ease of Installation: The intumescent pfp fr pipe wraps are easy to install around the pipework with a self-adhesive tab, making installation quick and straightforward. It can be easily applied around the pipes, ensuring a tight fit and reliable performance.

- Once the order is confirmed and an estimated delivery date is issued via email, Orders cannot be cancelled.
- Incorrectly ordered doods can be returned within 25 days of delivery at our discretion. The customer is responsible for ensuring the goods are returned back to the address provided, in good condition where they will be inspected prior to processing any refunds. Restocking fee may be applied
