Enhance the safety of your building with Astro PFP FR Boards, designed to prevent the spread of fire and smoke through openings in fire rated walls and floors where openings are formed to allow the installation of multiple building services.
The Astro PFP FR Board consist of a high density stone wool core that is coated on both sides with Astro PFP FR Coating. The top coating provides additional protection by significantly reducing the permeability of the stone wool core and preventing the passage of hot gases, thus reducing the temperature rise on the unexposed side and reducing heat conduction through the building services.
These fire-resistant boards are specifically engineered to prevent the spread of fire and smoke, ensuring the integrity of your building's fire-rated structures. On site, Astro PFP FR Board must be used together with Astro PFP Acrylic for sealing around building services, joints and edges of the FR Board and the surrounding construction.

- Flexible Coating: Coated on two sides with Astro PFP FR Coating, providing enhanced durability and flexibility to accommodate smaller movements during fire. Thyy are permanently flexible and will accommodate movements during fire and smaller movements in the construction it has been fitted within.
- Acoustic Performance: Maintains acoustic design performance in fire-rated constructions, ensuring that sound insulation is not compromised.

- Once the order is confirmed and an estimated delivery date is issued via email, Orders cannot be cancelled.
- Incorrectly ordered doods can be returned within 25 days of delivery at our discretion. The customer is responsible for ensuring the goods are returned back to the address provided, in good condition where they will be inspected prior to processing any refunds. Restocking fee may be applied
