Bio wall is one of the best examples of sustainable insulation. This insulation board made of natural hemp wool is specially designed to provide thermal and acoustic insulation for external walls. Made with about 85% technical hemp fibres and 15% recycled binding fibres, this eco-insulation supports and promotes healthier living conditions.
Hemp wool insulation helps improve indoor air quality. The fibres are tightly bound and do not come off easily unlike fibreglass. This hemp wool insulation is a carbon-negative product and can help decrease your energy bills significantly, for a longer period. They make an ideal and better replacement for polystyrene and mineral wool insulation.
With a thermal conductivity of just about 0.039W/m.K, they minimise energy consumption, by keeping the heat in. With their superior soundproofing properties, they keep the sound out, therefore giving you not only a clean, healthier home but also a relaxing and quieter one.
Bio wall hemp wool insulation boards are semi-rigid in nature. They are easy to work with and very easy to install. They also promote a clean and neat installation, as they easily adapt to awkward or irregular construction surfaces. These insulation boards keep condensation in check as they have a very low water diffusion rate.
