This flexible ducting has a laminated construction that contains a high-tensile steel wire helix. This helix ensures that there is no separation from the duct material. Additionally, the flexible duct is covered with a tough co-polymer outer vapour barrier that is known to form a unique extra-airtight, strong and durable barrier around the ducting
The spiral of steel wire is corrosion-resistant. It also ensures dimensional stability to optimise the flow of air in the ducting.
