Celotex GA4000 is a high-performing PIR board from Saint-Gobain with a low K-Value of 0.022 W/mK. The low thermal conductivity of the PIR insulation ensures superior thermal insulation and significant saving all year round. They also decrease thermal bridging in all applications. These products provide simple solutions to overcome thermal bridges in specific situations.

Celotex PIR is a muti-purpose board suitable for use across projects. Celotex boards can be used for wall insulation, floor insulation, and roof insulation thanks to their strong and thermally efficient PIR core. They are also approved for use in cavity wall insulation. Celotex PIR is also dimensionally stable. Their performance does not decrease with time and rigid foam board does not say overtime and its thermal performance remains unchanged with time. They provide reliable and long term solutions.

With low emissivity foil facings on both sides, the PIR insulation reflects heat and prevents heat loss through radiation. Foil facings also serve as a vapour barrier, protecting foam board and your walls from moisture.

Key Features:

  • With a thermal conductivity of 0.022 W/m.K, you will need achieve the target U-value with reduced PIR thickness.
  • Celotex boards are specifically designed to eliminate thermal bridging.
  • Low emissivity foil facing prevents heat loss by radiation and also protects the PIR insulation and your walls from moisture and its related issues.
  • PIR is a lightweight board that is easy to handle and install.
  • Celotex PIR insulation boards have a BRE Green Guide Rating of A meaning it is environment friendly.
  • PIR Insulation saves energy with dependable long-term performance.
  • They are CFC/HCFC free with zero ozone depletion and global warming potential.
  • Celotex PIR has a high compressive strength of  120kPa making it ideal for moderate load-bearing applications

Applications:

  • Floor insulation: Celotex PIR insulation can also be used to insulate concrete slabs and suspended timber floors.

Thermal Performance:

With a low K-value of 0.022 W/m.K, PIR boards from Celotex, prevent heat loss, no matter what the application is. They also help meet the building regulations and required U-value with reduced thickness.

Environment:

  • Celotex GA4000 achieves a BRE Green Guide Rating of A.
  • PIR is sustainable, durable and environmentally friendly.
  • Celotex PIR is manufactured under Environmental Management System – ISO 14001:2015.
