Exoperm Mono 150 Connex is a next-generation breathable monolithic membrane designed by Partel. This advanced breather membrane provides exceptional protection and functionality for facade wall and roof applications. Ideally for use on the cold side of insulation. Breather membrane is strong, durable, incredibly vapour open with an Sd value of 0.07m, It boasts market-leading tensile strengths and nail tear resistance.
Key Features:
- Monolithic technology: Exoperm Mono 150 Connex consists of a 3-Ply sarking that includes a roof underlay and wind barrier with Next Generation Monolithic TPE functional layer. The TPE membrane actively moves moisture to outside.
The TPE functional layer located in the middle of the product, is vapor open whilst having excellent waterproofing properties.
- Highly Breathable And Vapour Open: Monolithic design ensures continuous breathability and water expulsion. Breather membrane has an extremely low sd value of 0.07m, allowing for excellent vapor diffusion.
- Superior Strength: Market-leading tensile strength and tear resistance for durability. Thanks to the Monolithic TPE layer results, Exoperm Mono 150Connex breather membrane is stronger, more flexible membrane with greater resistance to corrosion and abrasion compared to the micro-porous membranes that are prevalent on the market.
- Waterproof: Most importantly the Monolithic TPE layer creates a complete wind tight, waterproof membrane that actively expels out any water/ humidity unlike most micro-porous membranes that rely on small pores (which have the tendency to block).
- Durable: Excellent aging resistance due to monolithic technology.
- Integrated Adhesive Tapes: Integrated tapes available in Connex version facilitates easy and secure installation.
- Versatile Application: Ideal for use on the cold side of insulation in both facade walls and roofs.
- UV Resistance: Exoperm Mono Connex 150 offer UV protection for up to 6 months for walls and up to 4 months when used on roofs. Helps to prevent structural damage in any types of buildings
