- Monolithic Membrane: Exoperm Mono 150 breathable monolithic membrane is engineered with state-of-the-art monolithic technology, providing a continuous layer that enhances both breathability and resistance. It is a 3-Ply sarking, roof underlay and wind barrier with Next
Generation Monolithic TPE functional layer. This functional TPE functional layer located in the middle of the product, is vapour open whilst having excellent waterproofing properties. It actively moves moisture to outside. - Highly Breathable: This breather membrane boasts a high vapour permeability, allowing moisture to escape while preventing water ingress, ensuring a dry and healthy building envelope, all thanks to its functional TPE layer
- Airtight and Wind Tight: The TPE layer in this external breather membrane creates a complete wind tight, waterproof membrane that actively expels out any water/ humidity unlike most micro-porous membranes that rely on small pores (which have the tendency to block).
- Low SD Value: With an SD value of 0.07, the Exoperm Mono 150 offers minimal resistance to vapour diffusion, making it an ideal choice for maintaining internal comfort.
- W1 Water Resistance: The membrane achieves a W1 rating, indicating its superior water resistance and ability to expel water effectively.
- Ageing Resistance: Constructed with long-lasting materials, this membrane exhibits outstanding ageing resistance, ensuring enduring performance over time. Furthermore, It had excellent UV resistance for up to 4-6 months!
