Exoperm Mono Duro 200 is a fire-rated monolithic breather membrane by Partel, designed to provide exceptional protection against moisture, UV and more. Key Features:
- Monolithic Technology: Exoperm Mono Duro is diffusion permeable polyurethane membrane composed of a 2-Ply sarking, roof underlay and wind barrier using the Next Generation Monolithic TPU functional layer. It extends excellent aging resistance due to Monolithic Technology.
This Monolithic TPU layer results in a stronger, more flexible membrane with greater resistance to corrosion and abrasion compared to the micro-porous membranes that are prevalent on the market. More importantly the Monolithic TPU layer creates a complete wind tight, waterproof membrane that actively expels out any water/ humidity unlike most micro-porous membranes that rely on small pores (which have the tendency to block).
- Fire-Rated: This fire rated breathable mebrane acheives high standard of fire-performance, with a reaction to fire classification of B?s1,d0. It offers superior fire resistance and therfore is deemed suitable for high rise constructions as per current Building Regulations.
- Highly Breathable: Thanks to its Monolithic design, this breather membtane allows excellent vapour permeability and long term resistance to driving rain
- Long-Lasting UV Protection: This external breather membrane ensures durability and protection from UV exposure.
- Energy-Efficient: Designed to improve energy efficiency in buildings.
- Superior Airtightness: Creates an airtight barrier to enhance insulation performance.
Applications:
- Exoperm Mono Duro 200 fire rated breather membrane is an external breather membrane designed for use on the cold side of insulation on façade wall and roof applications.

Installation Guidelines:
- Breather membranes should be laid should be laid with the printed side facing the installer.
- Apply onto the existing support structure, parallel to eaves with overlaps of 100mm (4”) in a taught manner. It should be nailed or screwed under the overlapped section
- Tape all joints using suitable breather membrane tapes. Use Nail Seal underneath all battens.
- One Exoprem Mono Duro 200 breather membrane is 1.5M wide, 50M long and covers 75 Sqm
- Fire rated breather membrane with Reaction to fire classification B-s1,d0 according to BS EN 13501-1.
- Suitable for high-rise constructions per current Building Regulations.
- UV resistant for over 10 years in open joint facades (up to 50mm).
- Highly vapour open with an sd value of 0.12m
- Suitable for rear-ventilated facades with open or closed joints.
- Compatible with timber and steel-framed constructions.
