Klasse black PVC barrier tape is a self-adhesive tape specially designed to isolate dissimilar metals to prevent electrolytic reactions; such as aluminium sheets from steel purlins. Made with high-quality material, barrier tapes are used to protect, seal and repair.
Barrier tapes are weather-resistant and heavy-duty tape. It is easy to install and easy to tear. Made with high-tack adhesive, barrier tapes provide a neat and smooth finish. The surface to which the tape is applied must be clean, dry, and free of grease and oil.

Uses:

Applications:
- Clean the surface to be bonded with a dry cloth. Make it free of any dirt, oil or grease.
- Remove the release paper from a section of the tape, taking care not to touch the adhesive surface. Align it centrally over the joint and pull the tape taut and press down well over the entire joint area.
- Rub the tape to make the surface free from any wrinkles or folds.
