Returns, Cancellations and Refunds:

You are free to cancel your order before we send you an order confirmation email and get a full refund

Once the order is confirmed and an estimated delivery date is issued via email, Orders cannot be cancelled.

Incorrectly ordered Goods can be returned within 14 days of delivery at our discretion. The customer returns the goods to a forwarding adding that will be provided via email.

Once returned, the items will be inspected and provided they are in a re-saleable condition, a refund will be processed. A 20% restocking fee may be applicable.

Damaged goods

Customers are requested to inform via email or phone of damaged items within 48 hours from the time of delivery with photographic evidence. We will advise accordingly by email.
