Owl Lava 20 Waterproofer is a cutting-edge solution designed for superior waterproofing across various substrates. It is a single component polyurethane liquid waterproofing membrane, which is UV colour stable and can be applied in one coat.
This advanced liquid waterproofing membrane is specifically engineered to provide a robust, long-lasting barrier, protecting your roof, cement board, and insulation from the harshest elements. The Owl Lava 20 is ensures complete coverage and protection. LAVA 20 cures to form a defect free waterproof membrane with excellent mechanical and elastomeric properties.
With its easy application process, the Owl Lava 20 integrates seamlessly into any waterproofing project, including challenging areas such as gutters and complex roof structures. It is ideal for use during winter months as it can be applied at temperatures down to 0ºC. Lava 20 eliminates the drawbacks of multilayer waterproofing systems and reduces labour costs.
It can be used to waterproof pitched and flat roofs, balconies with less foot traffic, polysterene foam baords, gypsum boards, cement boards and more

Applications:
All substrates must be primed with LAVA Prime 20 prior to application of the LAVA 20 waterprooing system. Owl Lava 20 can be used to waterproof and protect:
- Roofs pitched or flat.
- Gypsum and cement boards.
- Polyurethane insulation foams.
- Verandas and balconies with light foot traffic.
- Lightweight roofing made of metal or brous cement.
- Felt or asphalt membranes.
- TPO & EPDM membranes.
- Concrete, timber, slate, grp, etc.

- BBA approved waterproofing system by owl waterproofing
- Gives excellent thermal, weather and UV resistance
- Get a 10 year life expectancy just by applying a single coat at a minimum of 1.8 Kg per m2 by brush or squeegee
- Lava 20 can be used to waterpoorf flat/pitched roofs. Gypsum, cement boards, balconies etc

Returns, Cancellations and Refunds:
- You are free to cancel your order before we send you an order confirmation email and get a full refund
- Once the order is confirmed and an estimated delivery date is issued via email, Orders cannot be cancelled.
- Incorrectly ordered Goods can be returned within 14 days of delivery at our discretion. The customer is responsible for ensuring the goods are returned back to the address provided, in good condition where they will be inspected prior to processing any refunds.
