• Waterproof and Airtight: The outer layer, printed layer of this roof breather membrane  forms the functional waterproof surface, the middle layer is the breathable waterproof membrane, and the inner layer protects the membrane from abrasion and damage, also giving additional strength. The triple layered enables the fabric to allow moisture vapour to pass through, whilst remaining fully waterproof. This membrane ensures your roof remains waterproof, providing an effective shield against moisture. 
• Easy Application: Supplied in convenient rolls, the PHS 140 is easy to apply and can be used in various building conditions. The upper green layer is printed and the bottom layer is white in colour 
• Versatile Use: Suitable for a wide range of applications, including new builds and refurbishments. PHS 140 Breather Membrane is designed as a secondary barrier to wind driven rain and snow, it should not be considered a primary waterproofing layer.

PHS 140 Breather Membrane must be installed in accordance with the relevant sections of BS 5534:2018 and NSAI S.R. 82:2017 and it’s fixing instructions.
