PHS Airtight Liquid Membrane is a VOC-free solution designed for ensuring airtight and vapour-tight construction junctions in both new builds and retrofits. Available in 5Kg and 10Kg tubs, this water-based liquid membrane is a sustainable option that offers an uninterrupted seal around penetrations, cracks, gaps, and the contours of various substrates.
Perfect for Passive House Systems, this brush-applied liquid membrane provides durable airtightness and adhesion, creating a seamless barrier against air and vapour infiltration. The fibre-reinforced polymer formulation ensures exceptional durability and flexibility, making it ideal for all airtight connections, including roof connections, ventilation systems, and around EPDM.

Uses:
PHS liquid airtight membrane provides a unique and sustainable solution for airtight construction junctions in both new builds and retrofits. It permanently seals connections:
- wall to floor,
- wall to ceiling,
- window and door jambs,
- pipe and ducting penetrations,
Applications:
- PHS Airtight Liquid Membrane is ready-to-use; mix with hand mixer before application. Do not dilute with water or solvents.
- Apply PHS Airtight Liquid Membrane in two layers with a brush, at a total consumption of (indicative) 0,8–1 kg/m2.
- Drying time may vary and depends on local conditions and condition of the substrate. Indicative: 24–48hr.

Returns, Cancellations and Refunds:
- You are free to cancel your order before we send you an order confirmation email and get a full refund
- Once the order is confirmed and an estimated delivery date is issued via email, Orders cannot be cancelled.
- Incorrectly ordered Goods can be returned within 14 days of delivery at our discretion. The customer is responsible for ensuring the goods are returned back to the address provided, in good condition where they will be inspected prior to processing any refunds.
