This high-performance vapour control layer is designed to provide exceptional protection and insulation, making it a perfect choice for both residential and commercial applications.

Key Features:

  • Reflective Vapour Barrier: Featuring a metallised surface a very low emissivity, that effectively reduces heat loss and improves U-values in buildings. Since the metallised layer reflects approximately 97% of the heat back to the building and helps maintain a comfortable indoor environment while reducing energy costs.
  • Low Emissivity: The reflective surface boasts low emissivity, enhancing thermal comfort when combined with an air gap.
  • Moisture Control: Designed to prevent interstitial condensation, protecting your building's structural integrity. When installed continuously with all laps and penetrations sealed, Hi-Thermia Reflective Membrane provides effective condensation control for all building types.
  • Easy Installation: Can be installed on the warm side of the insulation for maximum efficiency, suitable for use in roofs and floors.  We recommend using PHS Reflective Tape to seal all laps, penetrations and cuts in the membrane, and also for connections to adjacent airtight layers at roof and floor junction
