Since the metallised layer reflects approximately 97% of the heat back to the building and helps maintain a comfortable indoor environment while reducing energy costs.
- Low Emissivity: The reflective surface boasts low emissivity, enhancing thermal comfort when combined with an air gap.
- Moisture Control: Designed to prevent interstitial condensation, protecting your building's structural integrity. When installed continuously with all laps and penetrations sealed, Hi-Thermia Reflective Membrane provides effective condensation control for all building types.
- Easy Installation: Can be installed on the warm side of the insulation for maximum efficiency, suitable for use in roofs and floors. We recommend using PHS Reflective Tape to seal all laps, penetrations and cuts in the membrane, and also for connections to adjacent airtight layers at roof and floor junction

Returns, Cancellations and Refunds:
- You are free to cancel your order before we send you an order confirmation email and get a full refund
- Once the order is confirmed and an estimated delivery date is issued via email, Orders cannot be cancelled.
- Incorrectly ordered Goods can be returned within 14 days of delivery at our discretion. The customer is responsible for ensuring the goods are returned back to the address provided, in good condition where they will be inspected prior to processing any refunds.
