Protecta FR Pipe Wrap, a cutting-edge fire protection solution designed for a wide range of pipe wall thicknesses. The Protecta FR Pipe Wrap is engineered to provide exceptional passive fire protection for both plastic and metal pipes, including pipes with continuous combustible pipe insulation and those with or without cables. This product is essential in preventing the spread of fire through walls and floors by effectively sealing the through-penetration in case of a fire.
Protecta Pipe Wrap consists of a highly responsive, intumescent swelling material that reacts with heat. When exposed to fire, it expands to fill the gap left by melting plastic pipes, preventing the fire from spreading. This innovative design is ready-made for most common diameters, from the smallest pipes available to ø400 mm.
This pipe wrap can be used in conjunction with Protecta FR Board and Protecta EX Mortar, providing a comprehensive fire protection system for both residential and commercial buildings. It is ideal for securing pipe sizes from the smallest pipes to larger ones, making it versatile for various applications.
The installation is straightforward; simply cast the pipe wrap into the wall or floor by fixing it around the through-penetration with the attached sticker. It is suitable for use with plastic pipes with or without cables as well as cable bundles. This ensures robust fire-rated walls and floors, maintaining the integrity of your building's structure in the event of a fire.

- Once the order is confirmed and an estimated delivery date is issued via email, Orders cannot be cancelled.
- Incorrectly ordered goods can be returned within 14 days of delivery at our discretion. The customer is responsible for ensuring the goods are returned back to the address provided, in good condition where they will be inspected prior to processing any refunds. Restocking fee may be applied
