Key Features:
Construction: Made using high quality Oriented Strand Board (OSB), this underfloor heating board offers excellent structural stability and load-bearing capacity. OSB is renowned for its strength and resistance to moisture, making it a perfect choice for subfloors in both residential and commercial applications.
Additionally, the board features a 75-micron aluminium foil surface, designed to improve heat transfer and maximise energy efficiency by reflecting heat upward into the room. It ensures that the heat generated by the pipes is evenly spread across the floor surface, preventing cold spots and promoting faster warm-up times.
Pre-Routed Channels: Prowarm Profloor board features pre-routed channels specifically sized to fit 16mm underfloor heating pipes. These channels are precisely spaced, forming a consistent layout, to promote even heat distribution across the floor and reduce installation time, as no additional fixings are required to secure pipes.
Versatile: Suitable for Various Floor Finishes: The OSB board offers exceptional strength, making it suitable to support various floor finishes such as tiles, laminate, hardwood, and carpet (when paired with the appropriate underlay), providing a versatile solution for underfloor heating installations.

Returns and Cancellations:
- You can cancel your order and get a full refund before we confirm your order via email.
- Orders cancelled after the email confirmation is sent, may attract a restocking fee.
- You are welcome to return the products ordered in excess/no longer required, via post or couriers, provided they are in the original packaging and in a resalable condition within 14 days of delivery. Return requests made after 14 days will not be entertained.
- If wrong products were delivered or delivered items are faulty, please email us and we will assist you accordingly.
