Returns, Cancellations and refunds:
- You are free to cancel your order before we send you an order confirmation email and get a full refund
- Once confirmed, we cannot cancel the order.
- If you changed your mind or have ordered in excess, you are requested to inform us via email or phone and we will send a forwarding address to you. Buyer returns the product to the forwarding address indicaed on email. Refunds will be processed, once the product is deemed is to be in a resaleable condition.
